We do half board for one night or more (to book). Guests can also choose the room and breakfast package.

  • The half-board cuisine is family-friendly, varied, balanced and homemade. The half board consists of an entrance, meat or fish with accompaniment: gratin, vegetables ..., cheese platter or cottage cheese and homemade dessert.

    Warm colors: old-fashioned Prony's tommettes, Nevache's larch tree table, a pleasant and convivial place:;

  •  gourmet table, authentic and local dishes, varied and balanced meals changing every night of the week:Tourte aux Choux, Ravioles Faranchines, Tourte de Pommes de Terre...etc. Des petits plats mijotés: Sauté de Veau à l'ancienne,  Bœuf Bourguignon, Carré de Porc, Souris d'agneau fondante, Tian de légumes, crozets gratinées ...etc.
