We do half board for one night or more (to book). Guests can also choose the room and breakfast package.

In winter the restaurant is open only to our guests sleeping at the hostel.

From June 15 to August 31, 2019, the restaurant also opens its doors to external customers every day for lunch. In the evening the restaurant is closed for guests not staying at the hotel.



  • The half-board cuisine is family-friendly, varied, balanced and homemade. The half board consists of an entrance, meat or fish with accompaniment: gratin, vegetables ..., cheese platter or cottage cheese and homemade dessert.

    Warm colors: old-fashioned Prony's tommettes, Nevache's larch tree table, a pleasant and convivial place:;

  •  gourmet table, authentic and local dishes, varied and balanced meals changing every night of the week:Tourte aux Choux, Ravioles Faranchines, Tourte de Pommes de Terre...etc. Des petits plats mijotés: Sauté de Veau à l'ancienne,  Bœuf Bourguignon, Carré de Porc, Souris d'agneau fondante, Tian de légumes, crozets gratinées ...etc.
